Fees are negotiable and not set by law. If a buyer has an agent, whether you pay that agent is your decision, made offer by offer, and it is not part of our fee.
Nothing is due upfront. If your home does not sell, you owe nothing.
Fee terms are set in the listing agreement between the seller and Lucid Realty.
If Private Marketing Doesn't Work
You choose a private marketing window of up to 90 days to a sale. If you want broader exposure after that, we refer you to an MLS-participating brokerage for a traditional listing. The transition is seller-initiated and never automatic. Lucid Realty does not list on the MLS.
Leaving the private market costs you nothing. If you choose a referral, the receiving brokerage pays Lucid Realty a referral fee and sets its own listing terms with you.
