Commission Structure

How the brokerage side works

When a deal closes, Lucid Realty earns a commission — the same way any brokerage does. Commission rates are always negotiable and not set by law.

The commission covers full brokerage representation — listing services, contract preparation, negotiation, inspection coordination, and closing support. How the commission is structured between listing and buyer sides is discussed during your consultation.

Commission terms are set in the listing agreement between the seller and Lucid Realty. The platform does not calculate, display, or enforce commission rates — that's the brokerage's domain.

If Private Marketing Doesn't Work

MLS escalation is always an option

The default private marketing window is 30 days. If you want broader exposure after that, we refer you to an MLS-participating brokerage for a traditional listing. The transition is seller-initiated and never automatic. Lucid Realty does not list on the MLS.

Referral fee: 1% to Lucid Realty. Receiving brokerage sets their own commission (typically 5%). Full details discussed during consultation.
