The Model
Private marketplace, not MLS
Lucid is not a Realtor brokerage and does not participate in any MLS. Sellers list privately. Buyers are verified before they see anything. Every transaction starts with a controlled introduction.
Verified buyers only
Every buyer on the platform has completed identity verification, uploaded proof of funds or pre-approval, and declared their timeline. No tire-kickers, no unqualified showings.
Seller-initiated offers
Sellers search a directory of anonymized, verified buyers and invite them to make an offer. The seller controls who sees their property and who gets invited to the table.
Structured commissions
6% total — 2% to Lucid Realty (listing side), 4% to the buyer's agent. Set at the brokerage level. No ambiguity, no last-minute negotiations over co-op.
