The Model
Private marketplace, not MLS
Lucid is not a Realtor brokerage and does not participate in any MLS. Sellers list privately. Buyers are verified before they see anything. Every transaction starts with a controlled introduction.
Verified buyers only
Every buyer on the platform has completed identity verification, uploaded proof of funds or pre-approval, and declared their timeline. No tire-kickers, no unqualified showings.
Seller-initiated offers
Sellers search a directory of anonymized, verified buyers and invite them to make an offer. The seller controls who sees their property and who gets invited to the table.
Transparent commission structure
Commission rates are negotiable per Florida law and set in the listing agreement. Terms are discussed upfront during onboarding — no ambiguity, no last-minute changes.
